There is NO magic here regarding the above.
The truth is that the dominant thoughts you have provide a frame of reference through which you evaluate all that is happening in your life.
Things are what they are. BUT, how we evaluate & act upon them are entirely based upon the color of the glasses through which we view them. Our response patterns follow accordingly.
Give some thought to the fact that it is “MONDAY” (I know, WHAT A SURPRISE?? See the filter???) … what kind of prevailing thoughts do you have about it??? Those thoughts will then be the filter thru which you evaluate ALL that happens today.
Try a little experiment TODAY … catalog your current feelings about “Monday” & then intellectually change one of them to something different … with that different perception look @ the affairs of the day & how do they change … more importantly how does it effect the way you act, the way you feel???
You know??? I think I have convinced myself to try it LOL … Mix it up a bit *smile*
